Kickoff Meeting

5:30pm - Cocktails, snacks, and mingling
6:00pm - Official meeting starts

Agenda

• 5:30-6:00pm - Arrive at theatre, check-in, adult refreshments

• 6:00-6:45pm - General meeting

• 6:45pm- Team announcements and final questions

• 7:00-7:45pm- Team meetings and headshots, WQOW commercial shoots

• Social Gathering to follow for all who are interested!

What to Wear

• You will be having a headshot taken during the meeting as well as being filmed for the TV 18 commercial

• Men: dress pants and dress shirt, tie optional

• Women: cocktail dress or something similar to move in

• Commercial footage will be shot on stage in front of the black stage curtains- consider this when choosing what color(s) your outfit should be

• Choreographers: only have a head shot taken so something nice on top- but please wear something on bottom

What to Bring

• Your planner/calendar/phone/family calendar for setting first rehearsals and choosing live interview date

Ticket Orders

• You received your ticket sales packet with individualized posters, sales sheets and ticket order forms a few weeks ago.  Tickets are on sale exclusively through the participants from now through July 31. You are welcome/encouraged to turn in all the paid ticket orders you have during the month of July as well as at the July 29 meeting.  Tickets will go on sale to the general public on August 1.  (Congrats to Amber Steffel and Katie Behrendt for being the first to turn in some of their ticket orders already!)
